Since 1994, we have been crafting high-quality custom leather belts in our own workshop. Our focus is on durable leather belts that combine premium materials, meticulous craftsmanship, and a personalized fit.

Our Story – From Leathercraft to a Specialized Belt Workshop

Our story began in 1994 when we decided to establish our own business and dedicate our work entirely to the natural material of leather.

In the early years, we produced a variety of leather goods and presented them at historical markets and traditional craft fairs. These events allowed us to build close relationships with our customers. We crafted belts to measure on-site and received valuable feedback about what makes a truly high-quality leather belt.

Over the years, these experiences led us to specialize in custom leather belts. More than three decades of expertise continue to shape the development of our products and our manufacturing processes today.

The People Behind Gürtel nach Maß

Behind our workshop is a small team with many years of experience in crafting premium leather belts. The company was founded in 1994 by Peter Wiedekamp.

We oversee every step of the process—from product development to the finished belt—combining traditional craftsmanship with the goal of creating durable products that fit each customer perfectly.

Direct communication with our customers has been an essential part of our work from the very beginning and continues to help us improve and expand our product range.

Our Specialty: High-Quality Custom Leather Belts

For us, a belt is more than a practical accessory. It combines functionality with personal style and should provide reliable performance—whether for everyday wear, business attire, or special occasions.

By specializing in leather belts, we are able to continuously refine our collection and offer customized solutions. Customers can choose from a wide selection of leather colors, belt widths, and buckles to create a belt that matches their personal preferences.

We also produce belts in special sizes. In black and brown leather, we manufacture belts in various widths with a maximum total length of up to 200 cm (approximately 79 inches).

Quality Starts with the Selection of Materials

The foundation of a long-lasting leather belt is the quality of the leather itself. That is why we place great importance on selecting the right materials.

We use premium vegetable-tanned full-grain cowhide leather sourced from carefully selected German and Spanish tanneries. This natural leather is valued for its durability, pleasant feel, and authentic appearance.

In-House Manufacturing with Decades of Experience

Our leather belts are crafted in our own workshop in Germany. We combine decades of leatherworking expertise with modern manufacturing techniques.
