Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this order within 14 days without having to state a reason. The withdrawal period lasts for 14 days beginning when you, or a third party stipulated by you, and who is not the carrier, has received the last of the ordered goods. In order to execute your right of cancellation you must inform us by means of an explicit declaration (e.g. letter sent by post or e-mail to: Gürtel nach Maß, Peter Wiedekamp, 27211 Bassum, Freidorf 10, Tel.: 04248-902010 or info@ guertel-nach-mass.de) of your intention to cancel your order. You can use the standard withdrawal form found below, which is however not compulsory. To comply with the time limit it is sufficient that the cancellation notice informing us of the intended cancellation be sent within the stated period.

Consequences of the right of cancellation

If you cancel this order, we are bound to reimburse all payments you have made to us, including postage and packaging (with the exception of additional costs incurred due to you having chosen a means of postage other than our standard delivery method) promptly and at the latest within 14 days, as from the day on which we receive your written declaration of cancellation of this order. For the reimbursement of payment we use the same means that you used when you ordered, unless another agreement was specifically made with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged with any additional costs occuring from the reimbursement. We can refuse a reimbursement of payment until we have received the ordered goods back, or until you provide us proof that you have sent the goods back to us, whichever happens first. You must send us the goods back immediately and at the latest, within 14 days of having informed us of your intention to cancel this order (Gürtel nach Maß, Peter Wiedekamp, 27211 Bassum, Freidorf 10). In order to comply with this time limit it is sufficient for you to have sent the goods within the stated 14 days. You must carry the cost of sending the goods back to us. You are bound to pay for any possible loss of value of the goods which may arise if this loss of value is proven to have been caused by you and is determined by means of examination of the condition of the goods and their functionality.

The right of cancellation for distance and off-premises contracts does not apply for:

• Delivery of goods, which are not ready-made (prefabricated) and for whose manufacture an individual choice or stipulation from the buyer is essential or for goods which are tailored to the buyers specific requirements.
